Hemp Jewelry Sizing Guide When sizing hemp jewelry, the first thing that you want to do is take a tight measure of the part of the body that you're going to be wearing the hemp at. Once you have that measurement, if it's a normal sized hemp piece, add half an inch - if it's a thick or phat hemp piece, add an extra inch. This gives you leeway when it comes to the thickness of the hemp itself, as well as compensating should the hemp shrink when it starts to blend together from wear.
