Our Hemp is Not Scratchy I know that many of you have run into a complete turn off when it comes to hemp jewelry - scratchy, uncomfortable hemp. Here at Phat Hemp, I make sure to only use the highest quality hemp twine, imported from Canada, Hungary, and the Netherlands (since we can't grow it here). These twines are waxed and polished, giving the hemp a silky smooth feel that still retains the organic and all natural feel of the hemp.
