Phat Hemp Jewelry FAQ's
Shipping Information TOP
At the time of your order, after payment has been received, I use Paypal's USPS shipping function to make a 1st class shipping label. This will send a notification to your Paypal email with the USPS tracking information. Typically you will receive a shipment 3 - 5 business days after it is sent out.
For premade pieces, the items will be shipped out within 3 business days of the order. For custom pieces and resized pieces, please allow 3 - 5 business days for the creation of the piece - I'm a one woman army here, so it does take a bit of time to get through my crafting schedule.
Putting on Phat Hemp Jewelry TOP
Most Phat Hemp jewelry pieces use a slip knot on the loop end of the piece. You can adjust the slip knot by holding the loop and pulling the knotted part away from the loop. This increases the size of the loop and allows you to put the knot end through. Once you have the knot through, you can push the knotted side up the loop.
About Phat Hemp TOP
I started making hemp jewelry in 2002 when my high school art teacher decided to have a jewelry making class. I started making and selling the jewelry to support myself (I moved out to my own place my senior year of high school). I had a hiatus while doing the college thing and starting my freelance writing career, but now that my other business is running strong it was time to return to my crafting roots.
Methods of Payment TOP
PhatHemp.com has several methods of secure payment, handled by Paypal, Google Checkout, and Pro Pay. If you're a fan of Paypal, we're certainly happy to accept Paypal payments, and the same goes with Google Checkout. If you would prefer to pay with a debit or credit card directly, just choose that option during checkout, and you can pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card. All information is sent with the highest encryption methods available, and the card information is not stored after it is processed. Your charge will show up on your credit card statement as either Phat Hemp Google (if using Google Checkout) or tiffany@phathemp.com (if you are using a credit card). Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the checkout process.
Refunds and Exchanges TOP
If you are unsatisfied with your Phat Hemp order, you may refund or exchange it within a month after return. You will need to send back the original piece for me to process your refund or exchange, and you will not be refunded the shipping charges.
Repairs TOP
Should your Phat Hemp jewelry piece be damaged, please let me know. I'll send along a paid for shipping mailer, and you can send it back at no cost and have it repaired and back in your hands within two weeks.
Privacy Policy TOP
As Paypal handles both Paypal and credit card payments for Phat Hemp, we do not store or save any of your credit card or Paypal information. All processing is secure and safe. Should you sign up for our newsletter, your email will only be used for the purposes of receiving the newsletter. If you are wondering what happens with your email during the ordering process, this will only be used to send you relevant information about your order.
Allergy Considerations TOP
I do live in a house with both cats and dogs, so if you have a severe allergy that could be aggravated because of simple exposure to the dander, you probably do not want to order from us. While no animals come in direct contact, nor are they allowed around my work area, but if you are extremely allergic there is no sense in taking chances.
If you have a metal allergy, please let me know - some pieces use a metal clasp for closure, and I would need to switch that over into a more typical bead and loop or loop and knot closure.
